Welcome on arrival. Polite and helpful staff. Bedroom clean and spacious. Breakfast always very good and plentiful. Restaurant staff in the evening could not be more pleasant and eager to please. Nice quiet and safe location for a city break.

Probably the best hotel around Neuss. Quite big and comfortable room compared with other hotels around Neuss. The full set of coffee/tea and electric kettle helped me relax in the room after work. The bed is comfortable and big enough. There is not much shop around but you could also buy snacks and drinks at the hotel if you want. Quite used to business people so the invoice issues with company name etc. was so easy and no stress.

Very clean. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious, with a sofa bed in all rooms in addition to a normal double\twin bed. Big advantage for us was that they treat people under 18 as kids and charge accordingly. This was the decisive factor for us to choose this hotel as a family with two teenagers.
